These services are individually tailored to each client's needs under a success plan. MECA's clients/members enjoy the privilege of a lifetime membership to services and may often qualify for free services.

About The Founder/CEO
Glaisha Macarius, MA, CPRW, MCLC, CPCC-Candidate
In 2002 Glaisha Macarius began a career in Education, Training & Coaching. Throughout her career, she assisted hundreds of students with their academic success and hundreds of clients with their career goals. Sixteen years later in 2018, she took a position at a community school where she made her greatest impact helping adult students achieve their high school Diploma. At times, performing outside the scope of her job description for the students she cared so much about, Mrs. Macarius further coached these students on overcoming fear and obstacle as well as coaching them on becoming “job ready”. The bond, passion and success of this experience inspired the birth of MECA (Macarius Educational & Career Agency), where her mission continues to help others successfully achieve their educational, career and life goals.

Glaisha Macarius is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer for MECA. She holds a Master's Degree in Interpersonal Communication and is also a Ohio Certified Educator, a Certified Professional Career Coach Candidate, Certified Professional Resume Writer and Master Certified Life Coach. With over 17 years’ experience as an Educator, she’s taught nationally in the States of Michigan, Texas and Ohio, and internationally in countries such as Taiwan, France, Italy, and China. With a vast experienced in Education, she encourages a blend of effective educational support services to a diverse clientele at MECA. With a career spanning over twelve years as a Career Development Specialist, she has assisted hundreds of clients to successfully acquire, retain and advance in their careers, and has embedded these same passionate goals into the team and mission at MECA. As a practicing Professional Life Coach, she has helped clients successfully achieve a healthier life balance through delivery of specialized life coaching methods, and has developed MECA's Wellness Team with those methods and principles for client success.
